    Im starting it in 2 weeks and

    Im starting it in 2 weeks and would really like feedback also.  Do you lose your hair? Im worried about the diarrhea

    hi Godsgirl16 - Looking for your experience with Verzenio.

    I am hoping you are well and are able to tolerate the verzenio The diarrhea makes me very nervous

    I am looking at a stage 2 trail for Letrozole and Verzenio for endometrail cancer.

    I'm 3 weeks in with Verzenio. Thankfully diarrhea hasn't been much of an issue. However, my eyes are aching, burning and watering. Has anyone else had this side effect? I'm worried because I start a new job next week after 6 months off work and I'm afraid it will impact my performance, besides being so uncomfortable.

    Was on verzenio 150mg twice a day. Couldn't keep it down so went to 100mg once a day at night with Zofran. A week later I was in the hospital with my liver enzymes in the 500s. So now I'm completely off of it just letrozole 2.5

    started 2 weeks ago. 100 2x day. take 1/2 Imodium most mornings. Also on tamoxifen 1x/day. Next blood work in 2 days. Hopefully counts will be stable.

    I currently take Verenzio. My oncologist says if it’s not making you sick than it’s not working. The diarrhea is the worst he says to take an anti diarrhea pill to help if not you will be using the restroom ALL the time.

    I have been on Verenzio 100 mg for about two months. The diarrhea is the worst, I take Immodium when needed. I wear pad for safety. Other than that I am tolerating it.

    I'm on Herceptin and Perjeta which cause diarreah. My Oncologist finally prescribed Lomotil for it since it works much better than Immodium AD. I can take up to 4 pills a day of the Lomotil. Usually 1 pill takes care of it. I can also take Immodium AD with it if needed as a backstop. But I usually don't need to. It's a godsend drug for me.
