Updated NCCN Guidelines

NCCN has updated both its clinical and patient guidelines. You do need to setup a free account with NCCN in order to access and download the clinical guidelines, although the patient guidelines don't require an account.
One major change is that separate pathways were created for the following high-risk endometrial carcinoma histologies: Serous, Clear Cell, Undifferentiated/Dedifferentiated Carcinoma and Carcinosarcoma. Previously these were all on the same page and treated similarly. Other updates were made as well.

Thanks, cmb.
The NCCN guidelines are such a wonderful resource. We only get so much time with our care team that these type of things can help us understand some of what we have been told. Knowledge is power!

I am on the patient guideline page and don't even see Endometrial Cancer listed? Having a hard time navigating their website. https://www.nccn.org/patientresources/patient-resources/guidelines-for-patients

CMB, anything new in NCCN for GCS/MMMT? I'm so psyched about the new developments in adding immunotherapy to frontline chemo.

Was there anything new specific to GCS/MMMT in November?

Thanks, CMB!

Thank you, cmb! I downloaded and attached the one that has the addition of the evidence blocks. I don't believe I know this one but it looks like something to dig in to. Page 3, a snip below, is the overview you can click directly to the one you want to learn more about.
Lots of info there that sometimes can be overwhelming.
