Thanks Lori!   I have so much

Thanks Lori!   I have so much going on.  Besides me now feeling a small lump in my thigh I really am feeling down.  My husband just had a lung biopsy and we are waiting for the results.  it has been there on previous scans but given the fact he had pancreatic cancer they are being cautious.   so they are testing to see if it's a spread, a lung cancer, or hopefully a benign inflammation.   And in one week his stomach got bloated.    It's hard to see him be worried and upset.

Didn't mean to let all that out but I've been holding it in   Anyway thanks for the well wishes for my scans    I'll let you know how it goes   Have a great Thanksgiving

    Lots going on!

You really have a lot going on!  I am praying your thigh lump is just a lipoma.

I can only imagine what you and your beloved have been and are going through. Ugghhh!

My husband’s brother was just diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.  We won’t know much until after he meets with oncologist on Friday. Anyway, praying that you receive good news with your upcoming scan. Also praying for your husband and his biopsy report. It’s unbelievable how much cancer there is in some families and our world.

    Kaleena I hope

you know that this IS the place to share those feelings.  Sharing with family sometimes makes more problems.  I pray that both your results are good news.  I know how you feel about the lump.  Everything seems ominous after a cancer diagnosis.  Chances are it is benign in your thigh.   I had a pinched nerve in my back and of course the thought crossed my mind that it could be a recurrence.  It wasn't.   Huggs to you.

    Let it out

    Hey!

You've been a good listener for everyone else's worries for quite a few years now, so go ahead and take a turn to vent about what-all you are dealing with. Sheesh! The waiting is always the hardest and to be in the midst of it again just before the holidays has gotta suck big time. I'm really hoping that all of this turns out ok for you and your husband, but if not, you know we're here for you whatever you need from us.

    Hugs and Prayers....Pat

I'm sorry that you and your husband are experiencing such worries right now. And it's always difficult when these things crop up around a holiday since it can take longer to schedule tests or get results.

I hope you get some good news soon and can enjoy a peaceful Thanksgiving.

So sorry that you are going

So sorry that you are going through this now.  I'm hoping that you and your husband can channel your inner Scarlet O'Hara and just say, "I can't think about it today.  I'll think about it (after the holiday).  And hoping that the scans are all negative.

Oh Kathy, the waiting can be excruciating! We always expect the worst but who can blame us? I'm hoping and praying nothing comes of it for either you and your husband. (((Kathy)))
