after treatment issues
My husband completed treatment in December 2018. He has memory and concentration issues. He gets angry about it and he takes it out on me - nothing physical. I don't know how to deal with this. I don't know how to calm him down. I need suggestions

There is not much you can do.
There is not much you can do. Here is what I have learned:
1. When my spouse gets angry, just let them get angry. If I say something, my wife seems to enjoy anger
and gets even angrier. My advice is to sit their in peace; with that said, I don't always take my own advice here.
Its hard to get yelled at day after day.2. Exercise and eat right. I exercise daily and that helps me a lot. If I went to the gym, then I can let my wife
yell and yell and it doesn't seem to effect me as much.3. Find activities and work and things to do away from the house. I feel like in many ways I have built a new
life outside of the house. My wife is not healthy and I know it. But I can't help her; I tried for years to get her
help and she resisted for years. I spend a lot of time outside of the house just to enjoy the day.0
