Vinegar
I've heard so much about taking a tablespoon or two everyday for health benefits and wondered if anyone here has done it. I've been doing it for about a week but wondered if anyone else has done this.

I think it’s apple cider vinegar that has the health benefits?

Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider vinegar
Yes, this is what I've heard about. I'm just not sure if it would be good for someone that has no rectum and a lot of colon removed. I'm still trying it to see if I'll feel any different, but I've heard very good things about it. It's all natural so it really couldn't hurt (so I'm thinking).

Good for youTrubrit said:Fire Cider
Our little health food shop sells Fire Cider, and it is good. You don't need much, and you feel it all the way down to your toes.
I think it is probably good for you, but like everything else, do they 'really' know?
Tru
Yup you're right - it's hard to tell.
