Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider vinegar
Yes, this is what I've heard about. I'm just not sure if it would be good for someone that has no rectum and a lot of colon removed. I'm still trying it to see if I'll feel any different, but I've heard very good things about it. It's all natural so it really couldn't hurt (so I'm thinking).
