Flaxseed
Wow I've tried that in the past as it is so good for you but just couldn't get it down - it was so nasty. Maybe making something with it would have been better. Thanks for the article.

Maybe add more syrup and butter. Just joking, of course. I post these articles because I think the knowledge cannot hurt. Personally, I ate flaxseed in the past but stopped. I am gonig to get some to sprinkle on my salad. As to buckwheat, that is probably just one I will skip. But if I see it on the menu at a restaurant, I will be sure to give it a try. I do remember liking buckwheat pancakes when I was a kid, but I have not seen them much since then.

In health food section
of most grocery stores they have a great flax seed/chia seed blend that is perfect in smoothies. You get both in one shot and a little goes a long way!

You're right adding syrup more would be great but hate it so pancakes are out for me. Haven't ate them since being really little. The smell alone makes me cringe. One thing that bothered me about the Flaxseed as not only the yucky texture, but it got stuck in my teeth. You are very good about posting many interesting articles though. Thanks again for all your posts.
