Last night was the night for Carol.

As our resident mentor I know so many of you care.

Please pardon my lack of words today, in it itself somewhat of a miracle, but I cannot continue.

    I have been checking in and monitoring your posts just checking for any updates on her. You were a great friend to her, always positive and so caring. She is at peace now. Sending prayers for you and her famiy.

    I am so sorry to hear about Carol. She was obviously a fighter and you were a such good friend to her!  So sorry to hear that she is no longer with us, but pray that she is at peace now.

    Hap I do not believe there is anything further we can do.  Knowing something about them and their closeness, they will be a wonderful support for each other.

    Carol's Passing

    I found Carol to be a true inspiration. She fought cancer with everything she had. I always found it amazing that she had the strength to post here in spite of all the pain she was in. No one deserves this.

    May her memory be a blessing.

    We were lucky

    We were all so lucky to have known her.  Her strength and fight has worn off on all of us in one way or another.  I'm glad that she isn't suffering anymore, but selfishly I will feel the hole left by her absence.  She gave us her strength and we all need to make sure to use it going forward and make sure to acknowledge her when doing so.  She was one of a kind and an inspiration as well.  Rest in Peace, Carol.

    It is wonderful to acknowledge how Carol was our matriarch mentor here and, as many of you say, she will endure as we  assist others with her teachings.

    Carol has always been such a strong presence on this board.  We’ve all been inspired by her words and kindness. I thought of her on my walk this morning and knew I needed to check in here. Rest In Peace, our sweet Carol.

    I have been avoiding the board which is not what Carol would have wanted, so here I am.   I have so many mixed feelings about her passing, but primarily it's sadness.  May she rest in peace.
