NED but !
I had the report of my CT scan today and every things normal only in the report I found this... if any one have any idea or had the same please explain
It says: mildly enlarged spleen !
Other than that every thing perfect

The spleen recycles used red blood cells
...as do the kidneys. If you have "lost" a whole or partial kidney, the spleen has to pick up the slack. At this point I wouldn't be too concerned, but just make sure the Dr. tells them to keep an eye on it at subsequent scans.

I see that in a large percent
I see that in a large percent of the population. The spleen is one source of immune response in the body. It could mean nothing or a range of things from a prior case of mono to a current viral infection. If it is only mildly enlarged most radiologists won't even comment on it.
