I'm new here, saying hello

I will preface this with the statement that I am not officially diagnosed. But I wanted to share my story, and ask for support. I am a week out from turning 49. I have regular cycles every 28days give or take a few days. I don't have any of the high risk factors, not overweight, not post menopause, no smoking, no drug therapy treatments. About 6 months ago my bleeding increased in intensity. I was fed up with it. I get horrible hemiplegic migraines, and estrogen swings are a big trigger. So my friend and family said, just go get an ablation or hysterectomy. I went to my private MD to get a referral. What I expected was a 10 min appointment, Grew. She started asking questions and my answers were red flags for here. Heavy bleeding, clots, gushing spillover on the bathroom floor, pain sometimes causing me to pass out.chills, sweats, night time sweats, bladder, bowel changes.  Clear fluid discharge. And bleeding after intercourse. My doctor has been treating me for three years. I guess I thought all women experienced what I did. For three years my Ferritin stores have been so low, 20's. I was so proud to finally get to 32! Chronic fatigue has been on my charts for years. 

My doctor sent me right over for an ultrasound. Results, a cyst or something on my back top outer wall of uterus, lots of white lines, (tech. Mentioned andeomyosis) and couldn't find either ovary??? Um, did they go on vacation? and a thickened endometrial lining. A week later I see a new Gyno. She made out three different things going on with me. She asked for permission to do an internal check and a pipeline biopsy. I cried at the pain in the manual hand exam. The pipeline biopsy literally had me in birth pain screams and tears. I blead in bed and cramped for 3 days bed ridden. It took took weeks for results.

They used two labs. There was complex hyperplasia and cribiform patterned glands in the scant tissue samples. They want a D and C done before they label it cancerous. At my follow up appointment my doctor explained more. I had cervical stenosis and she could barely dialate me to 3. She was not able to get fully to the top of my uterus where it hurt intensely. I now am in the waiting 2 weeks for the outpatient D and C. This will be on the 13th of March. The wait is so hard. She is requesting an ultrasound tech to guide the process. I asked if she could just take the uterus out and be done with it. I've had troubles since the day I started at 13 years. She looked at me seriously and said most likely a Gyno oncologist would be the next step after biopsey comes back.  My birthday next week, and the procedure. I want to move forward. I am dreading my period which should start any day now. Thanks for listening, I don't feel so alone.
