Insomnia
I am almost 2 months post surgery and I am having a very difficult time sleeping at night. I have prescription sleeping pills, they work but, I find myself waking up 30 minutes -1 hour later. I can be exhausted when I go to sleep. The same thing happens. Either wake up or have insomnia.
Can anyone make a suggestion?
i was told that vitamin D will help. Any help will be much appreciated!

Sleep
I hate to say this but I was the same for a few months after my treatment, it just takes a while for the body to get adjusted again. Other problem for me was the dry mouth would wake me up, then I started using Stoppers4 dry mouth spray and it helps me a lot. I was able to sleep for 2 to 3 hours before waking up to spray.
I hope you can find something that works for you
