    Bev,

    It seems like I've known you all my life, because most of my life before cancer is just a blur and you've been such a support through it all.  

    I'm not all that far behind you in the progress of this disease, but know this, doing something every day that makes you happy, makes waking up every day worth it.  I'm astounded how much joy just sitting and petting my dog, or watching my wife when she doesn't know I'm looking.  See, it doesn't need to be a big thing, just enough to remember that good feeling and I promise it will make the crap of the day much less offensive.

    You have my support, love and positive thoughts.  Anything else I can do, just ask.

    The Hard Part

    I really hate to read that hospice is now your only choice.  You have been here since I first came in so it hurts me too knowing your suffering is getting worse.

     

    Lots of prayers and positive thoughts heading your way.

    Thank you for asking.  I am doing well considering.  My son and his family came for a quick visit this weekend, it was fun to see the boys.  Thank you for all of your kind words.

    Bev, it breaks my heart to see this. You were so caring and thoughtful during my mother's illness. I don't want you to be in pain, but this makes me feel so sad. I will continue to pray for you. God is merciful and knows what's best for us. I love you Bev!!

    Dear, sweet, Bev, I'm so sorry to hear this.  You have always been such a wonderful source of information, encouragement and advice.  You've helped more people than I'm sure you even know.  If the time comes for me to make such a decision, I will make the same one and enjoy what life I have left.  You've been fighting so hard for so long and you deserve a break.  I want to thank you for all you've done for our CSN family and let you know that like the others, i iwll still be praying for a miracle.  You are a very special and much loved lady and we are better because you are part of our family.  I pray God will be with you and help whatever He holds ahead for you, you will be at peace know that He knows what is best for you.
