RIP CC
Since the day I joined CSN, I knew there was something special about this woman. Caring, kind, knowledgeable and inspirational. My condolences to her family and to all of you on CSN who were personal friends with this Wonder Woman. A very, very sad day.
Hugs to all,
Ginny

I am just heartbroken over the news of our dear Eileen (Cypress Cynthia). I met her on this site in 2010 and so enjoyed her wealth of knowledge. She was truly a special lady. This is a picture of Eileen and I when we met in person at Disney World in 2012. (Eileen is the one with dark, curly hair). Rest in peace, dear pink sister.

I AM SO SORRY
I have the heaviest of hearts today. Can't stop crying. She was the first person to send me an e-mail and gave me all the information I needed to start the process of getting insurance so I can have my chemo. I thanked her and blessed her and told her I will never forget her. I've never forgotten her and I never will. She's a special angel and I will miss her words very much as I am sure all of you will. May you rest in heavenly peace Eileen.

She was a special lady and inspired so many. She gave so much information, encouragement and hope to everyone who came here.
She was a beacon of hope to all, especially those that are stage IV. She was courageous, generous and loving.
She will be missed. I have my candle lit in remembrance of her.
My heart goes out to her family. Her love for them and them for her was so apparent.

As a non-regular contributor, I sought out and cherished CC's upbeat contributions and enthusiastically read her words.
It is a measure of our humanity when we feel sorrow. Tonight, I know I am not alone in this anguish.
Rest peacefully, Eileen, you gave so much of yourself to so many.
Thank you, dear friend.

CC was a very special and inspirational person. I wish her family peace. I'm so glad they were with her and I can only imagine how tough it will be to continue on without her. I have missed her since she stopped coming on this board and now knowing that she cannot return I am wordless in my own sense of loss. Rest in peace, CC.

Not much to say!
She defied the odds and did so with such dignity! I will miss her positivity, wealth of information, but Mostly her kindness and smile. She was blessed with the support of her family which was a direct reflection of the love she gave to others. CC you will truly be missed and I feel so blessed to be taking this journey with the likes of CC, Sirod, Chen, Linda, Kat, and too many others who shared so much of themselves with all of us. Hugs and prayers for her family and all of her Pink Sisters here. XXOO Carol

Goodbye pink sister
It is with great regret that I read of Eileen's passing. I am also one of those that she wrote a long and loving email to when I first joined this board. I've read every word she's wriiten to others that I could. Her knowledge and generous responses to all of us is something that we will never forget. She truly was a blessing and now she is an angel. So sorry for her family.

Eileen/Cypress Cynthia...
We all lost a friend today, the kind we can't replace,
On these discussion boards, we'll never see your face.
I know you're in a special place our Lord has for such good friends,
Where meadows and flowers grow,
To help them be strong and whole.
Take care dear one, you have been a hero to us all...
With a heavy heart, sending my sincere condolences to Eileen's family,
Andi
