    Life with family and

    Life with family and friends brings me joy!  Getting caught in the lightning, thunder and rain under the large utility poles when I was out for my run because I saw a beautiful double rainbow at the end and seeing that reminded me that there is beauty in everything if we choose to look.

    Hmmm...I've been sitting here thinking about this, and sadly, I can only think of one thing that makes me smile - my cat Sophie.   I got her to help bring me out of my depression, and she has indeed brought a lot of joy to my life.  :)  On reflection, I guess I need to strive to somehow bring more happiness to my life. :)  So, thanks for making me think about this, it's a good thing, but it looks like I have some work to do!  :)

    Happy Thanksgiving!

    Even though my husband is working, I will still be surrounded by people I love. 

    Today though, I am thankful for so many things, good health of course, but I am especially thankful for my husband, and my two boys.
