NED: ketogenic diet, chemo, rad
PET Scan results are in: No Evidence of Disease, not a speck!
Last treatment was June 11, 2013.
We followed the ketogenic diet (Canton), had tonsilectomy, chemo, radiation and LOTS and LOTS of prayers and pray-ers. Not to take away from all of the helpful information gleaned from this forum (the good, bad and the ugly).
Here are the links to diet information:

STAY STRONG.
God Bless.

Thanks Phrannie. It's great to get some good news for a change. AND, he took his first bike ride (motor) last Saturday. It was a short one, but he did it. He's progressing nicely, thank God.
Prayers continue for everyone.

There is no one I'd rather be telling the good news to than all of the brave warriors on this site. I hope this brings encouragement. I pray everyday that NED continues forever.
Take care, God Bless.

Thank you Peggy. Yep, the 'new normal' certainly is different, but it's do-able, and will get better,. The power of positive thinking, prayer, faith and support sure goes a long way.
Positive thoughts and prayers are heading your way.

Yep, we were expecting to see him light up because of the radiation, and the test was so soon after his last treatment, but we were told there was nothing.."Nothing"! Hope they got the right guy!!!!!!! JK
