Thank you all for providing a response. I have not been on site too often, but I will update it in 2014. Please continue to register or update in year 2013 if you had not done so yet. I used to do revise the list every six months, but my energy level has gone down hill.
Have now survived NPC for just over 15 years, but my dry mouth situation has gotten worse. Plus, I now have difficulty swallowing. This is in addition to an increasing COPD problem plus some other minor ailments. Am still marching forward and keeping up with a positive attitude.

johnny, good to see u post. sorry ur energy level has gone down. what a shame about the dry mouth. i never knew it could last that long. have u had ur throat dilated? that helps a lot w/the swallowing problems. maybe a stronger inhaler will help w/the copd. i hope all these things get better and ur energy returns better than b4.

DJ, thank you for your concern. I never thought of the importance of saliva when the Oncologist first told me I would be losing it. Had the esophagus dilated about a year ago since I was also having food not going to my stomach. In fact, had to go to ER once and I learned a surprising solution. You can still breathe. The doc used something like an alka selzer pill. As soon as you throw the pill in a small glass of water, you immediately drink it, pinch your nose, close your mouth and do not breathe. The resulting air pushed the food on down to my stomach.
This dry mouth condition increased with aging. I think my swallowing difficulties is this dry mouth problem. There is not enough liquid (saliva) to ease the food down.
My doctor just prescribed Symbicort in addition to Combivent to ease my COPD problem.
And Skiffin, those wahines still increases my heartbeat as they shake their okole (rear end) around.
