OT - Jenny is back in the hospital

in Breast Cancer #1

She was admitted with the same symptoms as before,  headache, blurred vision in one eye, low blood pressure and now a low heart rate.  The eye doctor on call at the hospital ran some tests and said that her optic disc is swollen and the blood is not circulating like it should.  He also said she had another eye stroke. They are going to do a ct scan on her tonight and some other testing tomorrow. 

I am so worried about her.  She is to young to be having this many problems.   One thing that I am glad of is that Ryan is with his dad until the morning and was not here to see her have the spell. 

Please continue to pray for her.

    I was sorry to read that your daughter has had more problems.  I hope that a good eye specialist will be able to help her.

    Thank you all for your prayers..

    Ryan and I went to see her today and she is not feeling any better.  The doctors did a MRI and a Echocardiogram (due to the low heart rate) on her today and they are doing a special eye test tomorrow.  Hopefully when we get the results of all the tests, the doctors will be able to know what exactly is causing the problems and will be able to fix them.

    I will continue to keep everyone updated.

    Jenny came home today...

    She had a mini stroke called a TIA and the echocardiogram showed that she has a hole in her heart called a PFO (apparently she was born with this and noone ever knew she had it).  She has some weakness in her right leg and the pt lady will be coming to the house starting monday to work with her.  She will see a heart doctor on wednesday and the hole in her heart will be closed via heart catherization.  The mini stroke was caused by a blood clot passing thru the hole in her heart.  She is on a new med to prevent clotting.
