OT - Jenny is back in the hospital

    It's not good, but, it is good that they found out what is wrong with Jenny and can repair the hole in her heart.  We all will be praying for her and you Ellen.

    Teddy Bruski  of theNew England patriots had the same thing. he recovered well. I work in an area that deals with these, we clode them sucessfully with a clamshell device. Hope she is on the mend soon!

    BTW when you are inside your mom the blood dirculates through the PFO )patent foramen ovale) it is supposed to close after but sometimes it doesnt, maintaining a hole between the two upper chambers of the heart. (atrium)

    I was going to say the same thing Carkris said about Tedy Bruschi.  He should be her inspiration because after a successful procedure he returned to play pro football!  I will pray for Jenny's complete recovery.  I am glad they finally know what is causing her problems and they know how to fix it.

    Hi Everyone

    Jenny's surgery will be on September 16th to fix the PFO. She will be in the hospital overnight and will be on light duty for about a week.  She is still having weakness in her right leg and the pt and ot people are coming to the house to work with her.  We can notice a little improvement.  We have had dinner brought to us 3 times from the ladies of her church and the will come 3 times next week.  This has been a big help.

     

    If anyone woutd like to send her a card, I know that she would love it.  PM me for the address.
