SuperThread Updates...
It's not gone..., LOL, just misplaced...
You all don't think I wouldn't have a copy do you...
I just have to fix a few of the links on the one I have and do a little updating, but I have it.
I spoke with Greta, and she's aware that it's MIA...
Once I get the few things fixed I'll post it again and she can pin it.
But while I'm fixing it I wanna take the opportunity to solicite any new information or sites that you think should be included.
John

The one thing
I always looked for was a picture of the PEG. I wanted to see what I was getting There was one posted but when I clicked on it, it was so tiny I couldn't really tell what it was. Also, that the 3 little "button-like feet" that sits under the plastic disc are removed. Those were honestly the only two things that I looked for that I couldn't find on there. (I did a lot of reading on that thread!!)
And maybe some suggestions for dealing with "tape rash". I posted about it and some of the people on here had some INCREDIBLE ideas!!

Yes, some of the old photos some how became thumb nails... I'll see if I can find the originals from Dawn's threads, or see if she still has them...
Do you happen to know which thread on the tape rash?
Thanks,
John

Hi John
On Superthread how can we get NPC added to the list of acronyms under
Definitions of commonly used abbreviations and terms
NPC Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
Is it something you can do or can you greta to do it.
Hondo
I can do that...
Greta found the old thread, but when she posted it, she didn't pin it to the top But it also won't allow me to make edits...
I'm going to work on the one I have. do some updates and repost.
She'll make it read only and pin it to the top again.
That way I can make edits whenevr I want, or someone asks me to put something on it.

called the PEG tube question or something like that. There were some great ideas on how to avoid tape rash.
I have some pics of my PEG that I'm fine with sharing, but don't know how to post them. I could send them to you if you need any?

Thanks,
John
