Here You Are Eims!
In keeping with Eims' request, this picture is my one and only tattoo! I got it four weeks to the day that I got my diagnosis. I was/am 66!
We now need to ratchet up the pressure for Eims to show us apicture of HER tattoo, cermoniously located, she claims, on her upper left buttock!
Do I hear a poll in the offing?

It may be surprising, but I have no tattoos or piercings. Plenty of scars though. I figure why mess with perfection?
No one will argue with your logic Fox!
Getting mine was a celebration (9 years later) of getting my PhD. My granddaugher asked us to wait til she could get one too! LOL. We made to trip to the tattoo shop a family affair!

Last year I was at one of these hard core biker parties. A group of club members were giving passersby a hard time. Harassing women, and men. As I walked by with a couple friends they started their crap about if you don't limp you ain't **** and real bikers have lots of scars. So they antaganized me a little to show them my scars. So I lifted my shirt to display my 8-10 inch nephectomy scar. The guy with the biggest mouth said, "You call that a scar?" Then he lifted his shirt to show all his railroad tracks. So with all his buddies backing him up I said to him, "At least mine isn't from a hysterectomy!" Everybody laughed at him. Got that sucker good!

Speaking of scars... every Wednesday night we have a gathering of sorts... started out as only guys... we now get some of the guys S.O.'s to attend. One of my pal's 4 weeks ago had Prostate surgery along with a large Liver tumor removed. Yes he also has a rare Pancreatic Cancer, but was told it is too slow growing to even worry about... So 3 weeks ago we showed each other our scars... both he and his lady were impressed how good mine healed up... Last night his was way better already... more shirt lifting.. We laughed... and I cautioned him to get his regular follow ups, even though his Doctor used those words.. "We got it all.." right.. I did not scare him.. but since his Cancer had already spread somewhat.. well we all know the possibility...
Anyway... Hey Eims..! I will be on the IOM in about a month... real close.. and my rider is racing the Ulster just before... maybe I should try to make a detour... heh...

OK for those not in to the race bike scene.. the Ulster Grand Prix is one of the premeir events for real Road Racers... in Ireland of course..! I wish I was going, but I will be on the Isle of Man, working hard on my race bike. My rider is racing the Ulster on another bike.. then comes direct to the IOM and jumps on my bike for a week of practice. I have a lot of work to do to make the bike race ready, so that weekend I will be hard at it... Oh yes plus I will get to see a few hundred pals from all over the world..! A true labor of love..!!
Plus I have one other detail to do... I plan to get done up a bit.. I won't say what I am doing.. but I will post a picture for sure.. I will be totally out of character.. but wait, I AM a character..!
Be Well All..!
