Site problems

I apologize for all the problems with the site. Please post anything you find that needs fixing. I'm compiling a list of everything members have reported so far as well as my own findings. For example, I just discovered that I wasn't able to post a reply; I had to create a new topic.

I hope the issues will be resolved quickly.

    Please check email
    Loss of total email history is a problem.

    Also, system is not sending notification of arrival of new email; I found mine by chance, when looking to see if history of emails had been restored.

    Not being able to get into site
    I get frustrated when I can not get into the site at all! I just coms back no response from server... I sure hope that has been fixed now! Thank you for the opportunity to post!

    Trouble signing out and in. I think I sign out but when I come back I'm still signed in!!. Then it says access denied even if I sign out and back in at that time. But can go directly to discussion boards. Lost all my friends and mail. Also tried to add friends back don't see the tab to add friends.

    trouble getting in to site

    after getting 'denided' notice, I hit tab for update about me....and then Discussion Board tab, and only then I can see the page....  very frustrating....

    hope it gets resolved soon...   thx, C

    Automatic spell check & messages

    we need our automatic spell check on and regular spell check function.

    sorry, chemo brain does not always work, we need help from technology

    There is now a 'tool bar'

    There is now a 'tool bar' showing to supposedly use when posting but it doesn't work.  There are several sites I go to - primarily horse ones - that have the same bar at them that do work - but this one doesn't.  Actually it's a lot harder to make a post with it there.  (There is 'something at the bottom that comes up and says "Path:p"  What in the Sam hill is that?)

    All my previous emails are gone.  Would really love to have it back!  Had a lot of contact info in them

    Posting from a tablet or

    Posting from a tablet or phone is impossible with the posting window toolbar. But right under the window, you can click "disable rich text" and it brings back the plain posting window. Path:p is an html element cue. It means you are in an edit mode for an html element of < p > , which is for paragraph. Again another really poor indication of how this upgrade was concocted. This is not something general forum posters need or want to see

    Still soooo slow and sometimes impossible

    Dear Greta-

    I was hoping this "upgrade" would address the problems with accessing the site.  Sometimes it's impossible.  Sometimes I can get to the site, but not the board.  I so hope that can be fixed some day soon.

    ... I find it easier to get onto our 'Site' .. now

    CSN --  Thank you for the upgrade to our site -- I just notice posted avatars next to 'my friends' name -- pretty cool.

    I am enjoying the new format -- it took a few days to adjust, but I am having fun with all the new gadgets and tools.

    I've had a hard time logging on today.  The other days haven't been too bad.  However, I tried several times today and this is the first time I actually got on.  Seems it is back to being slowwwww.

    For the most part, the site

    For the most part, the site has been running a bit faster for me. Sometimes I am surprised by how much faster. I do notice for me it varies by browser as well. Chrome used to be faster for this site, but I am having Java problems with it, so I need to use IE.  But occasionally, I get the lag on the site as well.

    Problems this afternoon and night

    I've had problems this afternoon and night - til now - getting 'here'.   All the other sites I go to had no problem getting in but here no way.

    I have trouble signing in and

    I have trouble signing in and I still can't tell if any of my friends are online.  I really don't like the avatar pics next to their name on the home page. It takes up too much room and I know what their pics look like anyway.  And, my favorites are all gone.
