Overall Awful Experiencecinnamonsmile said:For the most part, the site
For the most part, the site has been running a bit faster for me. Sometimes I am surprised by how much faster. I do notice for me it varies by browser as well. Chrome used to be faster for this site, but I am having Java problems with it, so I need to use IE. But occasionally, I get the lag on the site as well.
Hello greta and CSN administration,
I am a very sweet and patient person I cannot wait and ready to giving up
Open letter to CSN administration, American cancer Society and software company, CSN server holder.
We have been waiting for more than two weeks now. Please invest in powerful server and make this site workable and helpful. For many members it is the only emotional and phycological support, source of information and the way of talking to friends. It has been unacceptable, expecially for people who cannot leave home, undergoing hard treatments have limited mobility and going through enotmous hardship.
There is no communication from CSN administration about future outlook. No updates, timeline and information about potential improvements. If you cannot fix it, at least communicate with us.
Looking forward to hear from you. I did contact CSN a week ago, no surprise here nobody answered.

It seems we have taken several steps backwards (technology speaking) as the "upgrade" seems more like a downgrade. This site is far too important to lose members because it is simply not user friendly. I really hope there is manpower and monies to truly upgrade this site or at the very least, revert it back to what it once was.
Hope everyone hangs in there.
