Heart valve replacement

in Long-Term Effects of Treatment #1
I am a 30 year survivor of NHL and facing aortic valve replacement and triple bypass. I am wondering if others have had this and what kind of valve they chose. Also, did anyone have trouble with the healing of the sternum. I am going to the Mayo clinic for surgery.

    I know of other HL and NHL
    I know of other HL and NHL Long Term survivors that have had to have valves replaced. They have discussed what they choose and why at the ACOR website. If you are interested, I'll explain how to join that mailing list. Good Luck!
