Natural/Homeopathic remedies for menopause

Integrative
I followed integrative treatment starting just after my second chemo treatment. For me, I'd have to say it has been a great success, with an initial prognosis of living less than a year, to being 2 1/2 years NED since completing my first line chemo, and feeling great.
I use Chinese herbs and accupuncture for my menopausal symptoms, and they were great. I have done a lot of things to help my body recover from treatment and to keep it healthy. It is sad that medical doctors are focused only on the disease and not the cause or how to get the patient healthy.0 -

I am in menopause and currently waiting for a surgery date for hysterectomy. I have been taking a supplement also to combat the hot flashes and such. I still get hot flashes but they don't last as long and are definitely fewer than before the supplement. The one I am taking also contains black cohosh.0
