Just got our MRI results, mixed news, the unreachable tumour has not progressed, however two resected are back, wish we could of started the virus sooner.

Plan now is to add an HDAC inhibitor + anti-angiogenesis drugs. His tumour is so fast growing this virus needs help.

We have been offered Thalidomide, it's definatley in the arsenal. We still have a few options for pathways to target, the test from Texas was a big help.

Last night family watched RV vacation with Robyn Williams. Alto of laughter all around, we all went to bed smiling.
Have some fun! Family comedy movie nights are great for us.

Now Keith my 6 year old picked the movie, he was as proud as punch to have pick a great movie we all enjoyed. He kept on repeating this.

If you do go for NDV here's a heads up; I think I went the wrong way by building his immune system up, need the opposite.

The body fights any invader, so need to disable the immune before injecting.

It's also a numbers game, billions of virus against billions of tumour cells, we give 20 billion units at the moment. Might have to go higher.

Ok, there are great chemo drugs for lowering the immune system, VP-16 and cyclophospomide in a metronomic low dose.

The best NDV it seems for you is probably Lasota strain, need a vet to get it. ;-) it's very common and cheap.

Don't be scared it's pretty harmless, you might get headache and a fever first time, that is a good thing.

does that mean gcmaf and ndv mutually exclusive
ndv you want disabled immune system, presumably so virus kills tumours cells and host immune system leaves virus alone.

now gcmaf on the other hand activates the macropages, enhances the immune system. so if i was going to try ndv, i would put gcmaf on hold and give ndv a crack.

seeing my friend a vet tomorrow, my two dogs need a physical.

might as well keep the discussion in the open, we are only discussing hyperthericals, no one would be crazy or desperate enough to actually do any of this stuff! surely not ! and don't call me surely!
