    Enjoy the beach!
I am enjoying a weekend with no kids. Treating myself to a mani/pedi and a nice cold beer. And Olympic watching. I hope you all havea great weekend.

A quiet and relaxing weekend but busy enough to keep my mind busy so Tuesday afternoon will get here so I can get the results of my scan yesterday! Whew! Long sentence.. A nice slow gentle all night long or day or both rain would be perfect. Enjoy your beach!

I'll be spending as much of the weekend as I can unconscious. Had chemo again this week and as usual, just can't sleep no matter how tired I am. I will watch the Olympics opening ceremony for sure. Not sure of the schedule, but I'm looking forward to the gymnastics and diving events. That's about all that interests me anymore. I love watching the human body doing the impossible!

Jeff, funny reading your comment just discussing taking a run up tonight, hubby asking if my stomach was up to it, yesterday had burning pain...suppose 1/2 sandwitch and salad wasn't enough for lunch felt strong acid..I'll eat more today...casino tonight. Funny how focusing on a slot machine just makes everything go away.....coming out ahead makes it even better!!! Have fun :)

    OFF TO OLYMPICS!!
After such a long build up and buying tickets not knowing if I would be able to go we are finally off this weekend to London. Watching a session of judo in the morning with all four of us and then taking my son to see Great Britain play the UAE in football (soccer) at Wembley stadium. REally looking forward to being a part of it.

Have tickets in August for a finals day of athletics so happily watching my surgeons being unable to agree on a potential date for my surgery as allows me to enjoy these once in a life time experiences in the interim.

The UK has gone Olympic mad with 24 new channels on TV added to show every event- I sense some channel flicking coming on; my wife will be so pleased!

    Enjoy everyone!
