    i have been taking it easy this weekend.
    I have been taking it easy this weekend. This week was my first chemo treatment...and after experiencing some of the side effects...i am finally starting to feel human again. I was barely able to eat anything for three days. Today i can eat...starting out slowly. I am hoping to get some needlework in this evening and tomorrow....while watching the kids playing.

    Unexpected bonus
    Had a bit of a surprise this weekend. By brother called up and invited me out fishing, so this morning we packed up and went out to drown a few worms. I ended up catching a beautiful 2 pound rainbow trout, first fish I've caught and been able to keep since 1979! Even better, when I got it home it turned out to be a female with full eggs sacs, so on top of having smoked trout I also get to make home made caviar!

    Well, the weekend is almost over...lol! I'm enjoying the Olympics and see the sun has decided to come out so going outside for a walk shortly!

    Well enjoy the sun! But I have not even been at the beach !
    Since my wife was in madrid I decided to stay at home watching 16 hours of olympics a day! lOL.
