Limited news
Well I finally heard from the Doc. It was a very brief call with limited info. he said that he will have all the details in the morning. Sigh..
This is what I do know, There is a tumor 17cm and a few smaller than that.
That's it. This is what he said. He did not have time to talk to the radiologist today and only had limited info. He called me from his car on his way home.
I wish he had just waited till tomorrow to call. It's not fair to give me such crappy and limited info and leave me hanging.
I will have a ton of questions for him.
I was doing fine emotionaly, but it just sort of hit me. THIS IS NOT GOOD !
Right now I feel scared of what will come next, really it's the not knowing that is the hardest.
Tomorrow I will have a better idea of what, when, where and everything else. I hope..

Hang in there...
Hey sweetie,
I'm so sorry this is happening! I sure hope your doctor gets back to you early tomorrow, because waiting is absolutely the hardest thing to do. My heart hurts for you. I have Lizzy all day tomorrow, but I'll keep checking in to see any news. My prayers and positive thoughts are with you my friend. Love you...Sue (FNHL-2-3a-6/10)0 -
Getting those boots out...
Thanks for sharing with us.
I hope a warm and loving ray of sunshine will
come through and bless us all with peace, hope and calm
today.
You know you have friends here holding your hand, and
walking the walk with you, Lisha. We're putting on our best
"kick-cancer-****" boots.
Now, what color socks do you wear with "kick-cancer-****" boots?
Hugs and strength,
Jim0 -

Waiting game
Dear Lisha,
I totally agree with you. This is so horrible waiting for news. I can't imagine how
you must feel. I remember waiting to hear the results of 5 biopsies. Once you have
cancer, life is never the same. Each test and each something new, is unbelievable
stressful.
I suppose the good news, the doctor thought of you, and called you from his car. I
would imagine, the doctor and radiologist want to make sure of their DX. Still, the
doctor should of made time to make a call. How about a biopsy??
Lisha, I hope you wrote down each question for the doctor. I hate it that you wrote
"This Is Not Good". I hate it you are feeling this way every second of your day waiting.
Praying for you. I know you will let us all know as soon as you know.
Love you sweet lady, blessings and hope for the best. Love Maggie0 -
