    I haven't seen the rads onc since I finished rads. I only saw my surgeon to have port removed, and she told me in January when I called her I can go back to annual mammos, even on bad boob. Still see my med onc every six months. Still have I don't know how long on arimidex, but it's all good.

    Yes, I've heard about the weight and exercise

    My med onc said exercise is has been shown to be very effective in preventing a recurrence and that I should do weight bearing exercise (i.e., NOT water aerobics) at least 30 minutes a day. I do try to do that.

    About the weight thing - it makes perfect sense, especially if you're not taking something that blocked aromatase (Arimidex, Femara, etc) that converts whatever is produced by fat that is converted to estradiol.

    I'm currently visiting my grandkids, eating cake, and sitting. I must get back home and back on the wagon! Think I'll go for a 30-minute walk. Now.
