So sorry to hear this news, dear Rena --sea60 said:Of course!
In the name of Jesus, I pray there is NO cancer anywhere on her body! Amen! We just love and care for our children (and worry about them) just as much as when they were little. I will continue to pray that all will be fine.
Hugs to you,
Sylvia
I will keep your daughter in my prayers and thoughts this coming Thursday .. Just a little information for you, I survived thyroid cancer -- almost 30 years ago, while in my teens.
20 years ago, I found out that I had thyroid cancer - after a routine check up. Due to my young age ===== I had been assured by several specialist that it was 'not cancer', again, due to my age, and size of tumor .. well, lo and behold --- it turned out to be cancer. After a total thyroidectomy, and radium treatment, which was the course of action back in the day ---. I see an Internist every 6 months, and take 100 mcg of synthroid. Besides hot flashes - and and crankiness, I am okay.
Strength, Courage and Hope.

Still sending prayers and good wishes for your daughter. I had my thyroid removed for tumors shortly before the bc recurrence. Luckily it came back as 'atypical cells, but not yet cancer'. I was lucky on that one. I now take 137 mcg of synthroid and something else every morning. It was not so bad, and the medication keeps the hot flashes in check.RE said:Biopsy over
My daughter had her biopsy today and they took lots of vials of fluid and several slides, she should get the results on Thursday or Friday. I'll let you know more when I know more! Thank you all again for your support, love and prayers.
RE
Hopefully she too will get good news. It is so hard when your children have something serious going with their health and you feel so helpless.
Hugs and prayers,
