Hi All!
My 18-month follow-up PET-CT today was all clear! No evidence of disease! No uptake. No hot spots.
I had a stage 4 base-of-tongue cancer with metastatic lymph nodes on both sides of my neck. Surgery to remove one large node, radiation and cisplatin chemo. Residual side effects linger, but I am so very very happy to be here now!
Thank you all again, for carrying me in your hearts and prayers; I couldn't have done it without your support.

Happy Dance!
Dancing with you, Deb. Awesome news, and good news for one is good news for all.
Congratulations! You've been through a lot, as we all know, so it must be a tremendous relief to finally do the happy dance!
Take care, my friend,
