I am putting my lovely wife (Shelley), caregiver and my princess photo up on my avatar for a week. Anyone that cares to join me by putting their caregivers photo up also, more than welcome.

Hey Shelley
I look at that picture and expect to hear comments about pumpkin pie creamer...
I am a little ticked at my caregiver at this very moment, so shall remain a goat until I get over it tomorrow. In fact I am feeling like one of those crabby goats that live under the bridge.

Julie is my awesome caregiver. I truly question if I could have done half the job she did if our roles were to be reversed.
My caregiver and angel is my husband, Ted. Without him I surely would have given up months ago. He has done an awesome job as nurse, cook, housekeeper, medical advocate, family representative, and gatekeeper to keep nasty stuff away from me and let me heal. I don't know if I could have done what he has and continues to do for me.0 -

Caregivers
I am Buzz's caregiver and both of us are pictured in our avatar. We are again going through tough times a year after Buzz started treatment. Dealing with a serious infection (6 wks of IV antibiotics). And, he's back on tube feedings. Swallow eval today. Hope he gets to resume normal eating, drinking. Both tired of all this. Karen0 -

I know Buzz appreciates having you around. You seem like a very special lady. I will pray for both of you. Please keep us updated on his condition.

CHEERS TO ALL OF THE HARDWORKING CAREGIVERS
John, great idea. I know from personal experience that others around us,(patient)can sometimes be taken for granted and or left out to live their lives all alone while we are dealing with our issues.

I agree, you have done a tremendous job in helping your husband all the way through his treatment. May God continue to bless you as you continue to be a caregiver.
