How Sweet
Dear Joanie,
Too bad, lessons from your post had to be appreciated after DX for cancer.
My opinion, the wonderful people on this site, including myself didn't need a DX of
cancer to appreciate the blessings we have in life. I have to admit I might be guilty of just a few. I do not appreciate the fact of having LOST CONTROL, and sometimes sweating the small stuff.

I been waiting 9 months for someone to bring something up that I knew something about. You use the verb "is" when you are talking about Singular nouns. You use the verb "are" when you are refering to multiple nouns. You used the plural version because you were talking about multiple messages. You were correct in the way you applied the verb to the noun. So would it be correct in saying ,How is you today? I asked the teacher this same question when I was in the 7th grade. She never did answer me. Yeehaa!!!0 -

Oh geezzz John...you lost me at singular noun!!..hahaha! My math teacher would give us a word problem...you know the one...how many miles did farmer Brown go while hauling 40 chickens at 35 miles per hour, etc, etc. My eyes would glaze over and without doubt I knew I'd be getting an F for the day. There are some days I'll sit down to write a post and can't compose a sentence for the life of me...the chemo brain fog has to clear and then I'm ok....ha! Sue0
