Hi Subesube, thanks for asking. I wrote a long note to Cymp detailing my current situation. I hope you're doing well.

One thing I have learned over the years about CA 125, is that everyone has their own "normal" range. The CA 125 test my center uses is 0 to 35, but anything in the high teens or above means I am full of cancer. For other women, that is well within their normal, no cancer range. I am also cautioned — pretty much constantly, since I am a worrier — to expect fluctuations because that is a feature of the test itself, but for me, anything above a few points sends me into a tailspin. Each time I have recurred, it was the CA-125 that cued them. However, I know that for many women, CA 125 is not a reliable indicator at all. I'd rather have a clear scan than a low CA 125 anytime.

    Good luck!

I’ve been on Jemperli since Jan 2024 and prior had thyroid issues.

    Side effects I’ve noticed:

joint pain, swelling (band enough they are looking at injections or hand surgery)

Sinus wont drain - inflammation and blockage..also looking at surgery

    exhaustion

Some of the pains come and go

Advil - the max amount seems to help some.

    Hopefully immunotherapy is working 🤞
