May I ask how old you are? As others have stated there is more to life than sex and there is many types of sex where you don't have to ejaculate. Just thank God you are alive. Instead of just thinking about "sex" maybe you could find someone to love and love you the way you are. If I read your OP correct your problem is just not being able to ejaculate, but if you can still maintain an erection that is more than most of the people that have treated for prostate cancer. Perhaps talk to doctors about adding testosterone, etc. There are plenty of doctors who specialize in this field. If your prostate cancer was cured count your blessings you are alive and find other things that make you happy and want to live! Best of luck

Not getting this exactly how old are you and you’re not married right i think some of the members think you’re married can you still get an erection if you can still get an erection I mean why not just fake and orgasm like the women do lol or is that just not the same thing I was like you loved sex and after radiation and five years later surgery not only did I lose about an a inch and a half i I can’t get hard enough to penetrate so we all have issues . But to me that’s not worth dying over.good luck
