Power Port

Hi I was diagnosed with lupus and a lung disease back in January 2014 and the doctors placed a power port in due to have bad and partially working veins. Here it is in Jackson 2014 and my port is not working properly anymore. It’ll flush but won’t draw blood any more and can be a little painful at times. What is it that I need to do about this matter I’m having?
