NavDX positive test

It has been a while since I last posted - and just received my 3rd "0" "negative" NavDX since Dec of 2024 (hallelujah!!). Still scheduled for a every-three-week Keytruda infusion this Friday.. and looking for a little input on what others have done with similar "negative" blood test results. Is there a SOP around when recommended to stop Keytruda infusions? I have been doing them since December of 2023.. so, going on a year and a half.
I haven't posted because I have been waiting for a change of status to report. In addition to my initial surgery (included radical neck)/7-week chemo/30 rounds radiation regimen back in late 2021/early 2022… over the past two years, I have also received two, separate rounds of SBRT radiation: first on a met lesion on a rib bone, and, more recently, for mets to lymph nodes in two different locations within chest cavity. Since last round of radiation treatment, have had three, consecutive "negative" "0" results on blood tests. The NavDX, in my experience, has been the most-reliable indicator of any presence of disease in my body (all confirmed with later PET scans). So, the "negative" results really do indicate to me that there should be nothing to show on a scan.

Congrats on NED status!!!
I'm in a similar situation - NavDX is zero and NED via scans. I'm doing Keytruda currently and coming up on my 1 year on it soon. My doctor said there is no reason to continue past a year as there is no data that supports a clinical benefit beyond 1 year for NED patients. Here is a good study I read that supports my doctor's assessment: https://watermark.silverchair.com/sun_2024_oi_240873_1723135037.37596.pdf. Specifically, it says "There was no statistically significant survival difference seen between patients who stopped and continued ICI at 1 and 2 years."

Praise the Lord! and thank you for the replies. Bluegrass, that link is not working for me; however, by copying and pasting the quotation, it does provide several links to information. It seems, at least from what I have reviewed, that most of it deals with small cell lung cancer and two years. I'll keep scrolling and searching to see if I can find the one you sent. Thanks again!

Update: After H&N 35/8 treatments I got mets to my right and left lung with the 1.1cm left lung nodule taken out with a surgery. The right lung nodule was a 7mm that I had SBRT treatments to remove. I have been on Keytruda for the last 10 months. I just got my CT back and there is no new evidence of disease. My NavDX came back last night with it being negative. I'm feeling pretty good about the results, we shall see……..
