It's the 2nd most common type of kidney cancer. This type of cancer can happen in the bladder, ureter, urethra or kidney. It's the most common type of bladder cancer.

Papillary Non-Clear Cell
Papillary Non-Clear Cell metastatic Renal Cell carcinoma, Type II. (Spread to lymph nodes & possibly liver.)
12 cm.
I was so happy to get that mess out of me 6.5 weeks ago! I got the rare type, most aggressive type, they told me.
But maybe they got it all. Had a huge thrombus that should've actually done me in, but I got lucky!!
They didn't catch this early. I had no symptoms until it became a monster. That part is scary!
I have 16 1/2" of cuts, an upside down Y. Can't wait for that to heal. Coming along nicely. I'm just getting impatient.
Trying to behave and take my 60 mg Cabometyx every day.
Wishing you all well.
