in Head and Neck Cancer #1

Can anyone recommend a center of excellence or surgeon for removal of this rare tumor?  My 23 year-old daughter was just diagnosed and we are searching the country for the best surgery team to resect this tumor.

    I'm at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics which is #5 on this list...but we're likely a low volume center as Iowa has only 3M people...  Somewhere like a Hopkins or UCLA have a much larger base of patients and thus probably a higher volume of these cases done.  Good luck.
