Thanks Fox. The important question is, do you have a strategy going that is working for you?

Mini-mets, Maxi-mets,
You crack me up. Great news, and I am happy. I find it SO easy with Nivo, and hope my next scans on the 26th are as good. Keep going, and enjoy a celebration.

So good it makes me nervous that its not doing anything. Maybe they should add a couple of moderatingly irritating side effects just to show its doing something!

I'm not excited
Alright, I am excited, but I'm trying not to be. Equanimity is all. But at least this indicates some kind of faith in my longevity. Thanks for all your good thoughts and support. I only hope I can reciprocate.

Great News!Footstomper said:Thoughts, Prayers, cheerleaders, even Nivomulab
Something must be working! All my mini-mets are stable. My maxi-mets have reduced by about 1/3. And still no side effects apart from a rash. I should even get a new hip in about a month.
I shall allow myself a brief period of rejoicing.
Congrats So glad to hear you caught a break!

Yes we all have that "cautious side" but hey, take this a moment at a time, Stomper-baby!
If you want to celebrate and jump up and down DO IT!
Just curious though...how is it having an Oncologist for a wife? Is she happy clappy as a wife, yet different as a doctor?
Just curious..you don't have to share.
Hugs, Jan

Yeah, necrosis of the hip, caused or aggrivated by the treatments for the cancer. Hurts like buggery but we're gonna deal with it.
