Anastrozole causing high blood preasure

Hi, as mentioned everyone is different. I have been on anastrozole for 3yrs now. During the first three-ish months I too had mild nausea and some joint pain. I found that taking it in the evening at bed time helped, and doing some light stretches, walking, and just general physical activities helped with the joint pain. I no longer have any issues with taking it. Hope this works for you as well.
