    Fortunately, we're fine. We were safely between two fires. We packed, but never had to leave. It's so interesting what one decides to pack. I had photos, my writing notebooks, medication, the dog. Oh, yeah, my husband:) No clothes. Nothing I could buy.

    The fires are so scary. 

    The fires are so scary.  Praying everyone near there is ok.  Happy to hear the weather is changing for the better.  Check in when you can!

    Happy that you and John are safe.  Your puppy, too!  Darn it looks so scary from broadcasts on local news.

    Continued hope, and prayers for safety - and fires are put out soon.
