    Yes I can, but I will steer you to the couple thread where John put in a link to the steps (I am not being a smart azz, just think John’s link is better )

    Maybe he should include in superthread?

    Well take a picture of this.

    It is in the SuperThread Matt, I was looking in the regular SuperThread.

    Good idea, to help all of us no matter what our limitations.  Next you will be telling me there are smoothie recipes in there.
