Pete: I have a rectal cancer tumor that I can feel with my finger. Sounds strange, but I have been studying it in great detail. I want to live. Anyway, I can feel my tumor, completely. When my tumor gets angry (active) it puts off ACID (tested with litmus paper) which feels like it wants to burn into my gluteus maximus. Also my tumor "outgasses" (what I have researched to be hydrogen sulfide gas) (eventhough it has no smell) when it is in this active phase. It merrily bubbles the undifferentiated goblet cell mucus in my colon. (feels like tingling) Cancer wildly eats Sugar. PET scans use radioactive sugars to find tumors in the body. Tumors can not eat "Ketone Bodies" The thing to do is go on a Ketogenic Diet. This is how they actually treated cancer before fluorouracil was invented in 1957. Eat NO SUGAR. EAT NO CARBOHYDRATES. Take a sugar lowering drug, like metformin, or insulin. When I do this, my tumor "Goes To Sleep". stops outgassing, stops burning, takes about 2 hours. When I have that candy bar, it reawakens! Burns and bubbles like mad. This happens in about 20 minutes. Every time. If you want to starve the thing, lower your blood sugar below 80. That's my advice. Mike

yes keto is a therapy in my books. see my blog last week about a new keto book.
look up maf314 and albendazole, its an off label vegf targetting drug and cheap.
why wait for studies, i dont have time, not the rate these cells grow.

This is so confusing for me.
This is so confusing for me. I did keto for a year from 9/11 to 9/12. August 2010 I had a colonoscopy which had a bengin polyp they removed. No sign of anything else. Then had another in Dec 2012 and had a 6-8 cm tumor... even after all the keto. Albeit I was under a LOT of stress at the time... but it's weird that it went from nothing to huge T3 in less than 2.5 years, even with keto for the better part of a year.

first sorry it camback.
even my 2nd recurrence while in ketosis shows me the diet is not magic, but if it helps a little i am content, that said its a big sacrifice and from my study we change our tumours over time.
i had stress also by caring about others who want to be left alone. anyway we just have to outsmart these cells, anyway that works is fair. keep on trying....
yes cortisol and stress and adrenals often overlooked, masuring adrenal capacity, loosley bound cortisol in saliva a good start, so is american gibseng from memory.
i am off to meditate my tumours away, the chemo and immunotherapies need all the help they can get. thats when sugar is key
hugs,pete
