    Jan,

    So glad to hear your Positive results.  Here's to many more NED YEARS ahead.

    I enjoy reading your supportive and informative posts.  It helped me during the earliest of shock, confusion and fear.  I too focus on nutrition, exercise, meditation, use visualization, and participate in sharing support.  We are an interesting sisterhood, aren't we! 

    One of my sons gave me Pema Chodron's book, "Living Beautifully."  I found her writing on "the anxiety of being human" very relevant and helpful. 

    May you continue on your journey, with mindful awareness.

    Gosh this is great to see such positive people on here and how we've all become such close friends.  Too bad this closeness wis due to a cancer diagnosis, but in the end it's good.

    I've had such a great support from everyone on this site, and hope to give back to others with my experience.
