Ready to board the bus for Linda! I have my usual pink bus outfit on....pink tutu.....now if you can visualize a 61 year old, skinny as a scarecrow, in a tutu, you'll know it's not a good visual.....lol.

Linda, we're all "with you" today.....remember, you can do this! Let your mind go somewhere joyful....and it will be over before you know it...speaking from experience....you can do anything for 3-5 minutes....
