    Such a big DEAL! .. Once we shed that
    head gear, hard to go back. I did find that wearing baseball caps during the
    early fuzzy days -- helped with the sun, and heat.

    Rebecca, I'm just doing treadmill right now, so I can do whatever speed and time I want--have a long way to go to get back to where I was before chemo. I want to start back in a Silver Sneakers Class, also (senior strength, stretching, aerobic, and balance exercises.) But I'm not going to do any weights there yet. My surgeon said I could do anything I wanted. I'm concerned about lymphedema--don't have a problem now, but had 3 lymph nodes removed the end of June and start radiation next week. My MO said I should check with a lymphedema specialist and made me an appointment with one on the 30th. Are you doing better with your chemo now?
