These results sound very good to me. Congratulations! It is good that your doctors are watching these little blips that show up on the scans and I hope they remain just as they are right now or diminish. If I were in your situation, I would definitely get a second opinion on the take-down surgery. It can't hurt to get another doctor's opinion. I hope you don't have to have the hysterectomy--please keep us posted on that. For now, breathe a sigh of relief on the scan results.0 -

Thankyou so much. Its been a tough couple of years, but seems to be on the upswing, at least for now. My husband is also a cancer survivor and just this past December had a bone marrow transplant. He is on a lot of anti-rejection meds but also doing fairly well. We have both learned to look at life a little differently, and I even told someone that in a weird way, having cancer has been one of the greatest blessings in my life.....tho maybe another grandchild would have been an easier route! It is nice to breathe that sigh of relief for now.0 -

eihtak,
Congratulations to you on your scans. I love how you celebrate even the slightest little positive note and focus on that instead of anything negative or bothersome. I am sure your attitude will continue to keep you moving forward.
I agree a grandchild would sure be a LOT easier!

Joanne,
Thankyou, when I was about 8yrs old I did a tap dance to the lyrics.."You've got to ac-cen-tuate the positive, e-lim-inate the negative, latch on - to the affermative, and don't mess with Mr. in-between." Still to this day, words to live by and dance to!0 -

I think I will make that my theme song for when I do my Happy Dances for everyone!
