One should never go into
One should never go into specifics about how long someone they knew lasted with the same question. It's different for each person. Also, 5 years may mean more to one person than 5 years means for another. I am 63 and 5 years with a possible additional 10, because of a new treatment or one that works unexpectedly well, takes me to almost 80. That's pretty freakin good for me. I never planned on living much past 80 in the first place. I am in a WAY different situation than some young dude that finds out he has this and he just turned 40.
