MIL Passed Away

My mother-in-law passed away late Tuesday night. It was exactly 8 weeks to the day that my Mom passed away. It is a blessing that she isn't suffering anymore, but I just can't believe we are going through this again so soon.

Unlike my Mom, my MIL was healthy up until last year. This time last year she was living independently, driving to the mall every day, and walking 4 laps at the mall. Things started declining in July. Since then she has been between the hospital, into Assisted Living, and then into a nursing home.

It is a relief that they both are now at peace.
